By using segmented and graded heating, it is possible to adjust the moisture content of different raw material varieties and melon seeds to meet the frying temperature curve of peeled melon seeds to the maximum extent possible;

Alternating back blowing of cold and hot air helps to quickly peel and blow out skin ash during the frying process, which is more in line with the production process of peeled melon seeds;
