The direct fired automatic frying pan is a new type of continuous (automatic) frying equipment developed, researched and produced by our factory. In 2018, the direct fired automatic frying pan was further upgraded and improved: Adopting a unique combustion contact and material circulation method, the flame heats the circulating medium (salt or sand) while heating the frying material, truly achieving direct fired frying with high yield and low energy consumption; accurate temperature control during frying, effectively eliminating the influence of human factors on frying quality; make the stir fried melon seeds more crispy and fragrant, and of better quality.
