Hot-air dual-circulation belt dryer is designed by our company according to the dryingprocess characteristics ofseeds, peanuts and nuts.
The single-layer orifice plate type independent heating structure is adopted, and thecirculating hot air is blown into both sides in both directions to effectively solve the problem ofdifferent dehydration rates of materials. Each circulation unit can set the drying temperatureindependently to meet the different temperature requirements of materials in the drying anddehydration process. The equipment can convert the drying mode according to the differentprocessing requirements of the drying materials. With the intelligent control system, the drying ismore uniform and the quality is higher.

Overview
The belt cooler is developed by our company, which cools the roasted, or dried materials fordirect packaging after flavoring. Natural air or cooling air is blown in from the bottom or upper partof the box through a fan, and then penetrates the material and is discharged to the outsidethrough the air outlet on the box. While penetrating the material, these winds conduct sufficientheat exchange with the material, thereby rapidly reducing the temperature of the material.achieving cooling effects, and saving energy. To facilitate equipment maintenance, valves areinstalled on the operating surface and back of the cooling line to facilitate equipmentmaintenance.
The cooling vibration tank has the same function as the cooling machine, using a vibratingconveyor form. Natural air is blown into the tank through the fan, and the material is transportedand cooledinside the tank.
